Album out now: Organisational Culture Loops
Meltdown Electronica with Soaring Saxes, Bowed Strats and Animated Spoken Word

World class speaker David Cowley teaming up with experimental live-looping musician Per Boysen. This collaboration may seem to merge worlds widely apart, such as the strict organisational theorist’s world and the seemingly floating world of the improvising musician. But on a closer look you will find that they share many essential elements. As David and Pboy experienced, you have to rely on the very same human qualities such as intuition and dramatic techniques. It doesn't really matter if your performance aims at creating music in front of an audience or taking action as a leader in a modern business organisation, they both require similar skills and approaches. This can sometimes appear paradoxical, for example being focused on what you are trying to do and at the same time being open to what is happening around you.

Available at CD Baby and iTMS and BestBuy.com

2004: Organisational Culture Loops
Organisational Culture Loops

Note from Per Boysen:

OCL was extremely satisfying to make for many reasons. Davids great voice and phenomenal sense of timing as a speaker, to name one. I'm also happy that Kjell and Eric at Noden share my vision about all storytelling artforms actually relying on the same set of archetypes. Finally, it's cool to see that it really is possible to release serious collaborations without having to deal with the copycats of the traditional record industry.
